What happens in Life-Success-Coaching?

Most of the process involves expert, yet down to earth discussions with your coach. Through deep listening, powerful questions, respectful challenges, and other means, your coach will help you access your wisdom, empowerment and direction. Through mutually agreed upon accountabilities, your coach will help you accomplish your goals. At times various vocational, personal interest, aptitude, and/or values inventories can be employed.

Who is your Life Success Coach?

 John Becker, Ph.D. is a professional coach and licensed psychologist with some thirty years postdoctoral experience helping individuals, couples and groups. He has developed and been the Executive Director of both non-profit and for profit organizations. He has been an Executive Coach for Hay Associates, International Consultants to Management and has taught Career Counseling at the graduate university level. In addition to a private practice specializing in Executive and Imago Relationship Coaching, for fifteen years John was on the Program Staff at the Shalem Institute of Contemplative Spirituality. There he led  numerous  Psychology and Spirituality Programs on such topics as the relationship between authenticity and spirituality. On the personal level, with support from all over, John’s successes have included a great marriage, raising two great sons, having many terrific friends and colleagues. As a result of being a six-day a week fitness devotee, according to his cardiologist he has “the cardiovascular conditioning of a twenty eight year old hockey player.” One of his current life goals is to become an excellent dancer. To that end he is humbled and rewarded as he takes his four hours of private and five hours of group lessons a week.
